We have been looking at all aspects of the services we can offer to customers here at Medina Yard and ways they can be improved. In these times of more obvious austerity, we are being challenged more and more to offer the best possible price for boats and services. So one way to improve is with our new price list which shows the costs involved in a more obvious format. This will allow our team to more readily convey the information required by potential customers. The numbers will show what exceptional value Medina Yard is for Boat Owners. Already with this system we are very happy to report that there is some very positive feedback, no doubt aided by the 'Spring Break Package' we have introduced.January 17. 2012
The work has settled down after the Christmas/New Year period and with the lovely mild weather recently there has been a flurry of activity on the boats from owners and crew. Alongside them Contractors have been enjoying the chance to get on wth there list of jobs. We have boats safely tucked up ashore in our yard and we also have plenty of activity in our undercover areas with a variety of race boat projects and motor boats in storage. We always plan to have some vacant hard standing to allow us the opportunity to lift boats ashore at short notice for inspections, surveys and straight forward bottom jobs.October 28. 2011

Medina Yartd and the staff are gearing up to provide the Capable, Helpful, Efficient service all customers expect when entrusting a loved one (their Boat!) to be taken care off. In preperation for another busy summer, our main piece of equipment, the travel hoist has been getting some attention recently. The engine has had a major overhaul and the hydraulic system has been inspected. We have fitted new lift cables and pulley sheaves in the lift blocks have been replaced. All the lift belts are in order and the tyres have been checked, so we are ready for the longer days with maybe some sunshine.....
